Collaborative Review access rights

These access rights control access to actions related to Collaborative Reviews.


Name of access right	What access right controls	Where access right is used
AnnotateCollaborativeReview	Allows a user to add annotations in Collaborative Reviews. Users without this access right can open and view Collaborative Reviews, but they cannot add annotations.	CCMS Web: Review icon
CloseReview	Allows a user to close Collaborative Reviews. Users without this access right can open and view Collaborative Reviews, but they cannot close them.	CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > Close Review
CreateReview	Allows a user to create Collaborative Reviews. Users without this access right can open and view Collaborative Reviews, but they cannot create them.	CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > Create Review CCMS Web: More Options menu > New Collaborative Review
ResolveAnnotation	Allows a user to change the status of annotations in Collaborative Reviews. Users without this access right can open and view Collaborative Reviews, but they cannot change the status of annotations.	CCMS Web: Collaborative Review Annotations panel
SetReviewAsDone	Allows a user to mark Collaborative Reviews as done. Users without this access right can open and view Collaborative Reviews, but they cannot mark them as done.	CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > Set Review As Done
ViewAnnotations	Allows a user to view a list of annotations in a Collaborative Review.	CCMS Desktop: Right-click > Collaborative Review > View Annotations
