  • [DEV-19479] When doing a Deep Status Change on a map, some topics were not listed in the Move Dependencies dialog box because of DRM Content Level Security settings. This issue has been fixed.

  • Opening maps with Oxygen DITA Map Editor using version 23 showed File not found validation errors for topicrefs. This happens the first time you open a map because the content is not synchronized to your workspace. If you open with XML Editor with resolved topics, the errors clear. To prevent performance issues downloading all the content to the user’s workspace, this issue will not be fixed in CCMS Desktop.
  • [DEV-13458] Customers that have set up the Output Generator to have additional libraries (jar files) for custom processing such as Fluid Topics, need to edit the numbering in the conf/client/classpath.conf configuration file to begin with either 200 or 300. For example, wrapper.java.classpath.200=../libs/fluidtopics/ftconnector.jar

  • [DEV-19293] Pushes to a delivery branch included cross-referenced topics at an initial workflow state. This has been fixed and the cross-referenced topic now blocks the push action.
  • [DEV-19290] Sometimes pushing a map to a delivery branch resulted in a blank page. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-19140] When a topic had a status of Authoring:work and a parent topic at Authoring:done, both topics had grey background shading in a Collaborative Review. This issue has been fixed and the topic at Authoring:work is now shaded in white.
  • [DEV-19045] In Structure view, the edit icon for topics at Authoring:readonly was not grayed out. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-19044] Sometimes an error dialog box in a Standard deployment used the DRM terminology “fork”. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA CCMS Desktop

  • [DEV-19040] With the AddIds trigger enabled for the release action, a topic that was cloned with the Open in default editor option did not have changes saved after releasing the topic. This issue has been fixed.

  • [DEV-18795] This service pack replaces the Log4j Apache logging component in the Web installation script with version 2.17.1.
  • [DEV-18780] Forking a topic in the web that contained a conref with a self-reference prevented later status changes of the topic from Authoring:done to Authoring: work in Desktop.

  • [DEV-16162] In a DRM installation, build manifests sometimes lost their container relationship. The cause was related to actions taken in CCMS Web. This issue has been fixed. To repair existing containers, you can run the CCMSUtils DRM Container Analyzer.

IXIA CCMS Desktop

  • [DEV-18665] Forking a topic in the web that contained a conref with a self-reference prevented later status changes of the topic from Authoring:done to Authoring: work in Desktop. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-18658] In a Standard installation, users were unable to publish a map that shared topics with a previously published map. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-18636] If a map had a previous snapshot, users were unable to create a new snapshot when the map had topic edits, but no map structure changes. This issue has been fixed and requires a configuration change. Contact Support for more details.
  • [DEV-18419] Adding a taxonomy term to a map using the Taxonomy view broke the structure of the map. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-16950] Sometimes the DRM Rename action did not completely rename the version. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-16216] Sometimes the DRM Rename action did not completely rename a version and the Dependencies view displayed the old version. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-8602] If the connection between TEXTML and Scheduler was lost, users had to manually stop and start the Scheduler service. This issue has been fixed and the Scheduler service now automatically recovers its connection.

  • [DEV-18333] Generating an output failed in CCMS Web when topics contained the word error in the filename. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-16953] When creating a Collaborative Review or generating output with the XHTML output format, table footnotes appeared at the end of the content instead of at the end of each topic when chunking was used. This issue has been fixed.

  • [DEV-18210] CCMS Web allowed users to change the status of documents via the Deep Status Change action even though they did not have the rights enabled via DRM Security. This issue has been fixed.

  • [DEV-18310] In a Standard installation, the ability to perform the Publish action on localized content and have all the auto-translation translate=”no” attributes automatically removed has been implemented. This was a specific customer request and requires a configuration change. Contact Support for more details.
  • [DEV-17809] While in DITA Map view, moving topics or submaps with their children expanded sometimes causes a Java Null Pointer Exception error. This issue has been fixed.

  • This service pack replaces the Log4j Apache logging component with version 2.17.1.
  • [DEV-17978] If the Scheduler and the Output Generator services ran out of memory and had a Java heap space exception, the processes would hang and needed to be restarted. The services now fail so that monitoring system can detect the failure and automatically restart them.

IXIA Scheduler

  • This service pack replaces the Log4j Apache logging component with version 2.17.1.
  • [DEV-17978] If the Scheduler and the Output Generator services ran out of memory and had a Java heap space exception, the processes would hang and needed to be restarted. The services now fail so that monitoring system can detect the failure and automatically restart them.

  • [DEV-17718] Maps that had keys defined in a submap instead of in the main map, sometimes had a Sorry, could not load map in CCMS Web Structure view. The maps would open in Content view. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17524] When editing a topic in CCMS Web and searching for an image to insert, the search took a long time if the search values were left blank. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17476] Sometimes, a Collaborative Review was created at Authoring:creating status instead of Authoring:review. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17448] After resizing the browser window, users could not check in documents using the More options button.
  • [DEV-17391] In CCMS Web, some maps reported out-of-scope errors for submaps when changing status. This issue has been fixed.

  • [DEV-17475] In a DRM deployment using a pivot language, the CCMS auto-translated topics on their first localization cycle. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17447] When trying to create a topic in CCMS Desktop using saved settings for a topic with more than one subfolder, an error dialog box appeared with an empty description. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17442] In CCMS Desktop, sometimes creating a snapshot failed with a String index out of range: -1 error message. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-17256] Reports were not filtered according to the saved date criteria. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-16939] When localizing a published map using a pivot language, the translate=”no” attribute was incorrectly inherited from the pivot language. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-16936] When the metadata of an image was modified and then localized, the system comment in the Revision History showed that the image was auto-translated but the image content was replaced with the authoring source image. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-15817] If topics in the localization cycle were already locked when the parent map was localized, an Unable to lock the document error message appeared. This message has been changed to Unable to lock, the document is locked by another user.
  • [DEV-15758] For large topics with a lot of ixia_locid attributes, the Localize action took a long time. Performance has been improved and where possible IXIASOFT recommends splitting large topics greater than 2Meg in size into smaller topics.

  • [DEV-16781] In a DRM deployment, when importing a map with the Update existing documents option selected, maps were imported without the container reference which caused invalid references. This issue has been fixed.
