Access rights in CCMS Web
The configuration for access rights and roles is shared between IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop and CCMS Web. Users have the same access rights in IXIASOFT CCMS Web as they do in CCMS Desktop.
You can configure the access rights for users in the TEXTML Administration perspective of CCMS Desktop.
Feature access for Advanced Users group
The Advanced Users group applies only to CCMS Web. Users added to the Advanced Users group have access to the full Advanced Search functionality and the following actions in editors:
- Attributes sidebar
- Insert xref
- Insert related links
- Insert keywords
- XML text editor
Access to these actions are not controlled by access rights. They are controlled by adding users to the Advanced Users group.
