See list of reviewers

You can check to see how many reviewers are assigned to a Collaborative Review or Approval and who they are.

To see the reviewers assigned to a Collaborative Review or Approval:

  1. Find the assignment that you want to check.

    You can check an assignment anywhere that you see it, such as the My Assignments page, Favorites side panel, or Dependencies view.

  2. Depending on where you see the assignment, you can find the reviewers in one of the following places:
    ScenarioDescription
    Pages with a Dynamic Grid A list of the assigned users is in the Assignees column.
    Note: You can also click Information icon to see the role for each user and who is finished.
    Other views and pages
    1. Click the object icon or row for the Approval or Collaborative Review.
    2. Beside the name of a role, click Information icon to see the users assigned for that role.
    Note:

    You can also see the following information here:

    • For Collaborative Reviews: how many annotations have been made.
    • For Approvals: how many users have approved or rejected.

      If you click Information icon beside Approved or Rejected, you can see who approved or rejected the Approval.

  3. (Optional): To copy a reviewer's email address, click Copy Email icon or the icon with the reviewer's initials.
