Move a row or column repeatedly within a table

Use this procedure when you want to move a row or column several times without repeatedly navigating the menus.

1. Place your cursor in the row or column you want to move.
2. Right-click and then select Table > Move Rows or Columns...
   Note: This action is also available from the menu bar as XML Document > Table > Move Rows or Columns...
   The Insert Rows or Columns dialog appears.
3. Select the row or column movement that applies:
   • Move row up
   • Move row down
   • Move column left
   • Move column right
4. Click Move as many times as required.
5. Click Close when you are finished.
