The conf collection
The conf collection in the system collection of the Content Repository is the location of the majority of the files that determine how IXIASOFT CCMS behaves.
Caution about some files in the conf collection
Note: The conf collection contains
several files that should never or rarely be touched, or the CCMS could stop functioning correctly.
The *.dtd files should never be edited.
There are specific *.xml files you should never be edited except under the guidance of IXIASOFT support.
The dtd collection
The dtd collection in the system/conf collection includes two DTD files used for internal system operations. The cmsquery.dtd file determines the structure of search queries.
The icons collection
The icons collection within system/conf contains the icons used for the different object types.
