Assignments that pre-date IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.2

Since assignment rules did not exist prior to IXIASOFT CCMS Web 6.2, assignments from ealier versions of CCMS Web do not have them.

So CCMS Web gives these assignments the following default assignment rules:

• Collaborative Reviews and Approval : allFinished
• All other objects: changeStatus

In some cases, contributors and reviewers might not have the require access rights to properly move an assignment with these default values. A user with the correct access rights might need to modified the assignment so that other users can change the assignment's status or mark the assignment as finished.
