Import error: Device is not connected

This error occurs when the import process is interrupted by network issues.


You receive a message in the Import Errors dialog similar to this:

Unable to import dita file: The device is not connected file: .../.../filename.dita


Check if the folder with your files is still accessible from the computer where you are running IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop, and then try importing the files again.
