Version control properties for a docbase

The Version control Properties segment of the Properties window displays the current version control settings for the selected docbase.

Table 1. Version control properties

Property	Description
Behavior when limit is reached	Specifies what happens when the maximum number of previous versions value is reached. Possible values are: Reject; DeleteOldest.
Default behavior	The default versioning behavior when documents are added to the docbase. Possible values are create new version or replace current version.
Maximum number of previous versions	The maximum number of previous versions of any given document that TEXTML Server will keep.
